FAQs

Do I need my own equipment?

No, I have dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls, battle ropes, and bands that I will bring to the training sessions. If you have any of your own equipment that you’d like to incorporate, we can use that as well. Some people find they like to have their own equipment to get extra work in between sessions. I can give recommendations based on your needs.

What are the perks of IN-HOME training?

Save time by taking the commute out of training time. Since I come to you, you get the most time-efficient training in the comfort of your own home. You won’t have to wait for equipment or share space with other gym members.

can i do a free trial?

Yes! We will start with a phone call answering any questions you have, and discuss your goals. We will then schedule a free 30 min training session for you to get an idea of my training style and see if it is a fit for you.

What is your cancelation policy?

Life and work can get in the way and sessions have to be canceled. To avoid being charged please let me know before 8 pm the day before your session. If you reschedule for that week you will not be charged.

Do I need to have any workout or strength training EXPERIENCE?

In the first session, I will do an assessment to check movement patterns, strengths, weaknesses, aches, and pains. From here I will design a program based on your personalized needs. Starting with the basics and progressing as you feel comfortable.

I don’t live in Carlsbad, Can i still train with you?

I offer in-home training in North County San Diego. I offer online training directly with me through online video platforms or personalized weekly programming with links to all exercises on my YouTube channel that you can do at your own pace. All online options require some equipment, but I will design workouts around what you have available.

Do you offer packages?

The most cost-effective way is to buy a month's worth of sessions up front. Let me know if you will be gone any days we have scheduled before the first of the month and you won’t be charged for those days. Not only is this the best price for training but also holds your training time and day.
