1:1 Coaching
One hour in-home training session 1-4 times a week.
Weekly Sessions
If you’re looking for the most time-efficient training specific to your needs and goals, this is for you. I come to you and bring the equipment so the hour is dedicated to you. It can be a jumpstart to your day or maybe a midday refresh to wake you up and give you energy for the rest of your day.
Free 30 min initial consultation

$100/hour for 2-3 people
Packages
Purchasing 12, 24, or 36 session packages is the most cost-effective way to train. Whether it is one day a week or 4, we will schedule your sessions when you purchase so you will have priority of the time that works best for you. If you will be out of town or know you have an appointment and won’t be able to make a session, no problem. Just let Allison know 24 hours before your scheduled session and we can reschedule.

Online
training
Online training is a great option if you don’t live in San Diego, want training when you are out of town, or would rather work out on your own time.
1:1 training through video
Train with me exactly as you would in person at your reserved time but through an online video platform in the comfort of your own space. Some basic equipment is required like dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands. As long as you have the basics, I can design a great workout for you.
online Programming
If you have strength training experience, enjoy working out on your own time, and just looking for a personalized program to follow then this is a great option for you. In the initial consultation we will discuss your goals, the number of times a week you would like to train, and the equipment you have available, and each week I will send you a personalized program with video links to each exercise so you always know exactly what you are supposed to do.
